How can I use my discount?

To use your discount on dining, present your Membership Card to a member of staff. For all other services and products purchased online simply log into the website using your member login and password and you will automatically be assigned your discount at checkout.

HOUSE OF FLOW CREDIT

A monthly credit for you to spend on services and products across the House, everyday.

How can I redeem my credit?

At the beginning of each month you will be assigned 15€ ‎credit to spend on dining and 15€ ‎to spend on event bookings. To use your credit when you visit House of Flow on food and drinks, present your membership card to your server, who will be able to apply the credits to your bill. To spend your credit on event bookings online, log into the website using your member login and password and it will automatically redeem your credit at checkout.

Does the credit have an expiry date?

Your House of Flow credit can be used for a period of one [1] month from the date issued to you [the “Usage Period”] at House of Flow, only. Please note, all credit must have been spent by the expiry date or will automatically expire.

Are there limits or restrictions on how credit is used?

Your credit is just for you to use and is non-transferable. It cannot be used to pay for any membership fees or to purchase gift cards.

What happens if my membership terminates?

If your membership is terminated by House of Flow, any of your outstanding credit will immediately expire on the date of termination of your membership and you will no longer be able to use it. If you cancel your membership then your credit will remain active for the remaining duration of the Usage Period.

A daily Happy Hour from 7-8PM so you can share drinks with a friend, all year!

Whether you want to accompany your drinks with a delicious meal, or just fancy the 2 for 1 cocktails by themselves, House of Flow has the happy hour especially for you. Available for Members between 7-8pm on ANY day we are open, simply show your membership card to your server to verify your member status.
